    I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service I received during my recent visit for car service at your establishment. Despite the initial offer of an earlier service date, I had to accept a later date due to the unavailability of a courtesy car until that time.

    Upon receiving the courtesy car, I was shocked to find it in a very unsatisfactory condition - it was dirty and emitted a strong unpleasant smell. This was particularly distressing for me as a disabled person who requires an SUV for transportation, which was the reason I had brought my SUV in for service in the first place. Despite my concerns, when I raised this issue with Ryan, he dismissively mentioned that they did not have time to clean the car.

    Furthermore, on the day of collection, I called your customer service at 9:15 am to confirm that the courtesy car was ready for pick up at 10:00 am, as advised. However, upon starting the car, I noticed that the service light was on. When I brought this to Ryan's attention, he displayed a lack of concern for the issue.

    To exacerbate matters, upon returning the courtesy car and collecting my own vehicle, I was asked to sign documents stating that I had driven over 80 miles in the courtesy car, despite having driven less than 15 miles. This discrepancy was both unacceptable and concerning, as it misrepresented the usage of the vehicle.

    I must emphasize that this entire experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated with the level of service provided by your establishment. As a loyal customer, I had expected better treatment and attention to detail.

    I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate actions taken to address the issues raised. I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and work towards improving your customer service standards to prevent such incidents from reoccurring in the future.
