    Customer service by gentleman front desk very obnoxious (if that's the correct word) I arrived at 8am gave my name make & model of my car handed him the key, he looked at me not smiling or joking & said "it's only 8am" I said "I know I was up early so got here earlier than expected." (traffic quiet) approximately 1.30mins later following our walk (husband and myself) I received the video of my car serviced they were just changing the oil so, I went inside to use the toilet. No sooner had I opened the door he said." It's not ready yet" I stopped in my tracks saying "you're a monkey you, I know it's not ready I've just watched the video I'm using the toilet." I left again sat with my husband returned approximately 20mins later my car was outside this time I spoke to the young lady as the other gentleman was on the phone she said she was just taking it round to be valleted. (she was lovely) my car was driven back 20mins give or take I went in the elderly gentleman placed a form in front of myself and asked me to fill it in. I asked "why do you want this filling in now I usually do it online at home or get a phonecall" he said "it's just for our records" to which I replied "it's on record when I do it online?" He made me feel obligated to give good scores as he watched me fill it in but I left any comments empty as I knew I could put it all in the feedback either phone or here. He changed his approach with me following this walked me to my car asking if everything was OK I said "no that's not washed properly at all" to which he said "someone needs telling off " I said "at least he's cleaned the mats" he just sniggered. I picked up my husband on the main road & noticed some cleaning fluid had clearly been sprayed all over the seats & not whiped it, I had to come home and clean it myself as it was worse than when I went. It's not the first time this has happened either it happened at the last service I had again elderly gentleman (same person) upon completion of service walked me out of premises to my car I wondered why he was escorting me when he literally whispered in my ear "Have you paid her?" I said "pardon" again "have you paid the lady?" I advised him it's a motorbility car whereby he apologised and I drove off with my vehicle worse than it went in not washed properly. I let it go the first time but, to be treated the same a second time with the same disrespect I think it needs highlighting. Head office have already rang myself & I have advised her also of my experience.

    They changed my lights from it being set so I was driving with no lights at the time also I expected a clean up of my car valet no I don’t think I’ll be taking another mobility car from you in January sorry
