    Called on speck to look at MGZS on Mobility only a gentleman in the sales room, He was dealing with an hand over. He apologized that he wouldn't be available for about 1hour, that was ok after all we did call in on speck, but the customer didn't need to be shown new car, the sales person said he could let us have test drive, which was great , because of his professional attitude we signed up on the day thank you for your time.

    Collection was very longwinded and very like a laurel an hardy sketch!
    When we originally ordered car we were met by a salesman with his feet on desk who didn't even get up to greet us, just yelled over the showroom so we hope collection would be better.....wasn't so!
    Car wasn't ready for collection appointment. They didnt even know where it was on lot. No number plates on, no petrol. Hadn't been cleaned properly. Tape left on under where number plate is. 3 times they took it back into service yard. Car is full of white marks on bumpers and paintwork from someones attempt to clean. Large dirty mark on back seat and weve not been in back. The car we were returning was cleaner than the new one! Had to ask if we could be shown how to start Car as never had key less start before.
    Very disappointing experience, After waiting an hour an half we were glad to get out. We had to deal with Honda rep due to staff shortage, but cast major doubts on using mg again unfortunately. Seemed very inexperienced and unprofessional.
