    I’ve left a two star rating because I’ve had the car three year in May and not once had someone rang to ask how we were getting on with the car. I’d have let them know that it wasn’t as economical as we were lead to believe which is a huge factor. It’s had a software reset and still isn’t great. When I’ve had to speak to someone it’s been hard work. I’d like this fed back to the dealership but anonymously. Some staff are too young and I feel that because covid restrictions were still about the process was rushed and I wasn’t given much time to think things through. At the previous dealership I dealt with one thing they did get right was some communication. I know two other people who aren’t with motability and their experience is extremely poor. It seems lots of things massively need to improve.

    I've given one star. I would have given less if I could. I haven't got a good word to say about Lancaster Volkswagen. I'm sure they don't talk to one another. I put a deposit on a VW up R line and was told I could probably collect it the following week.the following week came and went and nothing. I rang up everyday. Sent emails and never got any reply. Then I went to see them to find out they had sold my car to someone else.they said they could order me one, it would be ready in 4 months. I wasnt impressed with this so I contacted another VW dealer in Lindel. They told me they didnt have any and they couldn't order any coz the VW UP was being discontinued. So that was another lie from Lancaster VW. When I told them they said it wasn't true, but since then it's been all over the internet about the UP being discontinued. The tried to palm me off with a cheaper model, that was awful compared to the R line. Asked for my deposit back but I struggled to get that. I almost had to threaten them. I will never advise anyone to deal with Lancaster VW. They are cowboys.

    I'm a wheelchair user, I had to wait 3 hours for an mot despite being first in at 8am. An extra 20 mins were tagged on for a wash and hoover that looked more like a hosepipe sprinkle. When I got my Wheelchair van back the seating hadn't been returned to a position I could access, the van was not turned off properly <I suspect the driver didn't know how to turn it off so just pulled the key out but didn't admit they knew, just left it. As a disabled person I anticipate issues and in some cases lack of understanding. This just felt like ignorance. Sidenote. Whomever drove my vehicle must have been outrunning a lava flow with lead feet, because the average fuel consumption was 3mpg on the readout.

    Absolutely disgusting service, no care or compassion, never return calls or emails, lie, put my application in late and never told me. Said my car was definitely here in July then told January, they said cancel the order if not happy so I did and went somewhere else and my car is arriving in 2 weeks
