    From the very start there have been problems.
    1. I was convinced to order my car before the official 3 month alloted period.
    2. I wasn't informed that the advance payment had gone up.
    3. Motability weren't informed I had ordered a car.
    4. At the hand over the paperwork was done in the wrong order. He ticked everything on the checklist and had me sign it before I even saw the car.
    5. He took my old car back and he put my pin number in knowing my new car was damaged and hid that from me.
    6. He let me drive away when my new car wasn't registered or insured.
    7. He wanted me to drive the 15 miles back without insurance.
    8. My new car is still with them as they can't register it so I'm in a courtesy car and they have no idea how long it will take for my car to be on the road.
    9. He tried to bribe me to not put a review in.

    Luke should not be dealing with motability and quite frankly, shouldn't be working there. He is dishonest, untrustworthy and without a doubt he is the worst salesman I've dealt with.

    I hope this is taken seriously and I hope someone contacts me from motability to discuss in full all the issues I've had with this handover.

    Hi Jonathan. We apologise profusely again for the issues you've encountered regarding your paperwork and registration of your Karoq. Unfortunately, the block in registering your vehicle was completely beyond our control, and highly unusual. The Škoda factory is working hard to create the software fix that will then remove the block from registering your Karoq at which point we look forward to being able to retrieve the Karoq we have loaned you and deliver your new vehicle.     We supported a person to view a car and make you personal choice in Augusr 2022, the down payment was made in September 2022, we were expecting the car in Feb 23 as advised, in Jan 23 we received a letter from motobility asking us to choose a vehicle, when contacted, we were informed, what we thought had been ordered and paid for in Sept 2022 had not be processed by the dealership, we phoned the dealership asking questions, however we were past from pillar to post, they never phoned back, this happened mulitpul times, in the end we had to visit the dealership again,
    The dealership apologised, we ordered a different car, as the vehicle previously chosen was no longer available? 19 weeks we had to wait, in May 23 we collected the car, returned the previous motobility vehicle, we requested that the specialised front seat be removed and returned, the original seat was passed over to the custom sales person. We were informed there would be a cost, that was fine. Weeks later after not contact regarding the special seat, we contacted the dearship to be told someone will get back to you?? This didn't happen, we phoned again to be told, sorry it went back with the vehicle and there nothing we can do, what a joke
