    My first appointment was 930 then they rang me to change it to 1330 at 1530 I went to find out what was happening with my car I was waiting In reception area for two hours it was only then I found out it failed .it was late to sort out alternative transportation home I eventually sorted it but I do feel the service reception girl could have let me know before she knew I was waiting the lack of communication was terrible I think after 8 years of poor service with Arnold Clarke group I will try not to use them again
