    I was pleased with the whole process. I wasn’t sure what car to go for as their were few options available similar in size to my quashqai so when Sean told me we could swap like for like it relieved a lot of stress. Sadly the deposit was a fair bit higher than I expected but that was not down to Nissan and I believe it is set by Motability. Overall a very good experience and I’m a big fan of the quashqai so I’m pleased we can continue with Nissan

    When we came to showroom we were greeted buy a young man who was so helpful and introduced us to shaun who was amazing helping us with our needs and advising us on things you would of thought I'd known him for years friendly very helpful made me feel at ease and calm as I suffer from ptsd thanks shaun for the experience
