    Everyone was lovely and very attentive whilst I waited for my car to have the MOT.
    However, following my MOT my handbrake button broke completely on the Friday. I called Corkhills and they put me through to Ian. This man was less than helpful and telling me they won't pick the car up although I was told not to drive it by him and that I had to sort it out. I asked about a courtesy car and again blunt response you need to sort it and call motability. He was rude and off to say the least. He booked my car in for a week on Monday (9th Sept) and just left me with no advice or support whatsoever.
    I have already arranged my next motability with Katie as I'm sure a change,and if it wasn't for her being so lively and professional, I'd cancel.
    Motability helped me and were very supportive as was the RAC man (Paul). Paul stated that it was a breakdown and needed to be addressed immediately. He rang Hyundai in Crewe and they waited for me to arrive with the vehicle to keep it in the garage over the weekend ready to sort it out today (2/9/24). Once I've got my new car from Corkhills I will use the Crewe based Hyundai garage in Crewe and not return to Corkhills.
    This is the first time I've had to request support and I was totally unsure of the process. All I needed was support and advice, not rudeness and arrogance.
    For the showroom and reception staff I give 5+ star rating, but for the technician/garage repair man (Ian) I'd give -1 if I could.
