    Now a £30 charge for pickup/ drop off. Which is disgusting. No courtesy car allowed for afternoon appointments. How to make disabled people’s lives more difficult. Apparently it’s had a valet. It’s filthy inside. Apparently it’s had a service however the service light spanner icon is still showing. The chap that picked my car up was lovely tho. As for Mazda they are a joke. Poor service.

    The introduction of the pickup/drop-off charge is a group decision and currently not uncommon within the Motor Industry. I appreciate it may be frustrating as it is something that we have previously not charged for but it really is necessary to cover the ever increasing costs of running a business in today's world.

    Regarding the condition of your vehicle post-service, I apologise for the oversight. This is not the standard we aim to uphold, please let me know if you would like to have your vehicle fully valeted, free of charge. This could be carried out to this car or your next new car - just let me know via email: david.syddall@holdcroft.com and I will arrange that for you.

    Jess was amazing from start to finish. She was so helpful and really looked after us, often checking in to give us updates and making sure that all of our questions were answered. She even let us know what the wait times were like on the day so we didn’t have to keep my daughter there for too long, absolutely 5 star, couldn’t recommend enough.
