- Rating 1.0Oct 16, 2023The Motability sales person ( David Cunningham ) is horrible, he is incompetent and doesn’t do anything you ask him to and his attitude is shocking for a disability sales person, even the lady from the Motability scheme that had to telephone him told me to report him with his manner, he tries to intimidate people all the time, even the lady on the phone, I told him straight and would not deal with him in, I complained to the Mazda sales manager who took over the order along side lizzie Shackleton, after they took over the sale and the handover everything was as enjoyable as it should of been, so up to the point I was dealing with David Cunningham it is definitely a one star, once he was no longer involved it’s a five star experience, it’s just a shame it was ruined by David Cunningham and his so called service
