    Received an email asking me to book in for a service online.
    Followed the link and booked in for Ormskirk noon fri 9th aug.
    Got missed calls from a Preston number
    Returned call and was told I need to book in for a service, tried to explain id booked it online, was told I hadn’t and the computer was “playing up”
    Verbally agreed for service at Ormskirk, noon 9th aug.
    Immediately received an email confirming I was booked in for 9th September at 8:40 !
    Rang back and woman said computer was still playing up and she would correct it.
    Received a text booking car in for 9th Aug but no time was given.
    I returned the text asking if this was for noon as agreed verbally.
    Did not get a reply !
    A week later I get a text “reminding me” that the car is booked in for 9th aug at 8:30 !
    I rang the Preston number numerous times and was ignored
    I rang the Ormskirk service department and got thru to man, but the line was terrible, he told me to hang up, he’d ring me back.
    He didn’t !
    I rang again after waiting and he made some pathetic excuse that he’d wrote my number down wrong.
    Tried telling him my ridiculous story , but he was interrupting me, telling me they don’t take bookings for noon etc
    He confirmed to me that I was booked in for 8:30 on 9th aug and car would be ready around 11am
    As I don’t drive, I got a friend to take car and she would wait locally at a cafe then return the car.
    When she returned at 11am, she was told the car hadn’t been started yet. So she had wasted her whole morning!
    The car was ready at around 2pm


    Your staff are very rude on the phone


    Do not bother contacting me when I’m due a new car, as I will be going elsewhere
