    Excellent service from Russell, the Motability Salesperson. Nothing was too much. The experience was a bit thwarted by the delay but Russell was there to smooth things out.

    The dealership was in a state of disarray. Staff in portacabins. Footpath unsafe for me due to my mobility. Unclear where to collect my car from. Once I found my motability specialist he was excellent. However my car wasn't charged, and didn't even have enough charge to get me home. The mobility specialist did however accompany me to a charging point and ensure that I was sufficiently charged to get home. I am awaiting a charging lead to charge the vehicle away from home, I trust that this will be delivered to my home address as promised . Russell the motability specialist was friendly and helpful and I would use perry's again purely because of him.

    Russell is a pleasure to deal with, he is polite, friendly and helpful. When we picked our car up at Perrys Preston in early July Russell was the same friendly guy we had dealt with before. For some reason we have not been sent the correct link to review him, as the link you sent was to review Perrys at Bury! We have never been to the Bury branch. Please can you make sure this review gets to PRESTON Perrys. Thank-you

    Terrible from start to finish. First test drive appointment someone had taken the car home. Second test drive appointment someone had let a customer take it out, even though my appointment had been booked. Had a 14 month wait only for the car to be completely the wrong colour. I ordered Voltiac Blue and got Grey/silver. I’m absolutely gutted!
