    Jeanette was amazing! There was a delay with the car but she kept us up to date with everything that was going on. The handover of my previous car and getting the new one was efficient and with the minimum of fuss. I would recommend the mobility scheme at Evans Halshaw Ford Preston and of course Jeanette. I have placed many orders at Evans Halshaw over a number of years and have always had wonderful service but find Janette Liggins - motability specialist - to be extra special in her role. Janette listens to your requirements and explains all the options clearly. She goes over all the details with you and is friendly, pleasant and kind.     Droped my car off at 9am asked to pick it up at 2pm latest and was not ready not even had it cleaned was in for mot not good for motability same everytime i take it not for service havin to chase it up had car 4 years now and they never cleaned it once so bad service from evans halshaw preston
