    5 hour wait for an MOT. I was in agony by the time I returned home. Surely motability customers should be able to book a slot rather than be put at the back of a long queue when they had only been opened for a few minutes when I arrived. Will not use them again. Also I have to return for new brake pads and disks rather than replacing them at the time. They couldn't even book me in. I had to ring to arrange a new appointment.

    I was disappointed not to be offered any assistance e.g.collection & return of my car for its MOT test,despite my being confined to my wheelchair 24/7
    Consequently,I had to negotiate the surrounding roads in driving rain during the 4 hour wait to collect my car.
    I will be shortly taking up a new mot ability lease for a Peugeot vehicle & hope to receive more consideration & assistance with my new car dealer!
