    From start to finish Jaime was very welcome to not only myself but my three children we had been earlier around other dealerships and the faces I received when entering the showrooms was something else .
    Whereas here we was very welcome told to open the cars try them all of us get in and really felt like our needs was being put first .
    All members of staff we seen was smiling friendly but Jaime who dealt with us was remarkable with me and my family on the several visits to the showroom .
    Then the communication once the car was ordered was excellent the kindness of them to lend me one of there cars after I sold mine and was awaiting my new one was beyond words as they didn’t need to do that we was very great full and appreciate all there time and efforts .
    Jaime sat in the new car showing me the in and outs .
    Even a call to check how I was getting on a few days after collecting my new car was great would definitely recommend and we love our new car

    Unfortunately this time our experience wasn't the best. We turned up for our appointment on time only to be told there was no courtesy car for us. We booked the appointment with a courtesy car as due to the nature of our daughters illnesses we cannot be without one. This is the second time this has been done to us. The first time we didn't leave the car, but this time we had to. We were told you don't do courtesy cars on a Saturday but I had rang in the week to check all of this before we came. Our daughter had to miss treatment on Saturday as we had no car to take her and she cannot go in a taxi or on public transport. She spent the whole weekend in a lot of pain because of this.

    After a failed attempt on a previous visit to get any recognition we were even there we tried again to look at and take a test drive of the car we wanted. The represent, Jaime was fantastic. All our questions were answered, she was polite not pushy and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. Looking forward to our new car!
