Arnold Clark Team - Rating 2.0Dec 5, 2025I was happy with the service but I had a few things I was not happy with ,they had to order a few parts for my car and 1 part was a recall part which I was not contacted about or aware of until the service 1 year later and I took my car in to Arnold Clark on Monday and when I went to pick the car up on Monday I was told it needed these parts and they ordered them so i went back on Wednesday and was told the parts will not be they until Thursday or Friday and the car would be ready so I call Thursday and the car still was not ready so I called all day Friday and got not answer or told about the car ,in the end had to got to the dealership on Friday night before they closed to find out what was going on and in the end I had to take the car as I needed it to go to appointments and said I would bring the car back by Monday and it would be the first car down . So I gave the car to the service manager which he took the car to be done ,but no one call me or let me know what was going on so I spent the whole day calling them to find out what was happening with my mobility car in the end I was told the car would not be ready till Tuesday which was not good enough so I told them they had to give me a temporary replacement car till my car was ready so I had to get my driver with the insurance paperwork and a drivers code so they could check her license and what insurance we had but when I got there to pick up a car from them all of a shudden my mobility car was ready for me ,so to be honest I am not happy it took them over a week to service and replace the parts to my carResponse from Arnold Clark MG SalfordDec 18, 2025Thank you for sharing your experience.
