    I am extremely dissatisfied with the service received from the dealer. They failed to request a hire car despite knowing they would be keeping the vehicle for more than four days for diagnostic work. This fundamental oversight set off a chain of serious failures, including my daughter (a vulnerable Motability customer) being left without transport, stranded after work, and ultimately subjected to sexual harassment by a taxi driver arranged as a result of these delays.

    The dealer did not communicate properly with Motability or us, failed to provide updates, and returned the vehicle still with a faulty window. Their actions — or lack of them — directly contributed to a safeguarding incident and ongoing distress for my daughter.

    I would rate this experience as unacceptable. I have completely lost confidence in the dealership’s ability to act with professionalism, duty of care, or regard for vulnerable customers.
