    Car wasn’t cleaned properly didn’t listen to concerns I had about wing mirrors indicators etc said needs to be sent in separately but at least rest was ok

    My named driver waited for hours. Was told several times it won't be long. Then it was a continuation of waiting. Not great communication again. Not great.need more staff and communication.

    Got to take your car there and pick up for mot now. Or pay 60 pound. I waited 3 and a half hours for my car. That wasn't the agreement when I got the car.
