    Ordering my first ever motability vehicle with Chapelhouse,Kia Dealership Southport appeared to go smoothly, or so I thought ! Ten weeks passed, I was getting excited in anticipation of collecting my new vehicle in approx, 2 weeks time, it was then everything fell apart. It was Chapelhouse but another Dealership who picked up the Chapelhouse mess. Directly due to their incompetence there would be no vehicle. It would be a further 4-6 month wait to re-order a vehicle but not the one I had ordered, that had since been taken off the motability list.
    Chapelhouse had made a huge mistake & ordered the wrong vehicle, nothing was right about it. You would think that they would be profusely apologetic to their customer,but no. Todate,over two weeks after the other dealership picked up the Chapelhouse error they have not yet acknowledged their mistake, they have not so much as said sorry.
    It was the Acorn Dealership.St Helens. Vicki Jones who had the unenviable task of contacting me & many other Chapelhouse customers with this dissapointing fact.
    It was Vicki Jones of Acorn dealership, St Helens who explained very sensitively what had happened & the options available to me, which were unavoibably limited.
    Vicki Jones’s ability to remain professional, yet empathise. Be personable & demonstrate excellent communication skills. Know the system process inside out are second to none.
    VICKI JONES of Kia Dealership,St Helens is one in a million,an asset to the company. I could not have the car I ordered, she cannot proform miracles, however, I drove off in the nearest compromise possible with a smile on my face.

    Vicky was very attentive and professional and made our first application feel very easy. She answered all queries we had, sending her email address for any further information we may need.
    A new branch for the brand but she had a wealth of previous knowledge and experience to provide a very good service.
    Would highly recommend and looking forward to getting our new car.
