He didn’t put any pressure on us at all but gave his opinion when we asked for it, honestly such a lovely honest genuine young man! We were then passed over to Sead who again provided excellent customer service, is professional and got it all sorted quickly and easily for us no problem, he explained everything to us perfectly as it was our first electric vehicle so we were clueless but he made us feel confident in how it all works before we went away.
