Tom was friendly and really knowledgable about the cars and scheme which helped me feel less overwhelmed.Tom didn't rush or pressure us during our appointments and we were confident throughout the process he would do his very best to help us. Between appointments Tom was easy to get hold of and responded promptly and patiently to my questions.
When we had an issue coming to collect the car, Tom was understanding and flexible with the collection date to make things easier for us which was much appreciated. When we collected the car Tom provided valuable insights about all the features of the new vehicle and made sure we had everything we needed.
I highly recommend the dealership and Tom to anyone in the market for a motability vehicle.
