First impression is faultless. I was looked after most effectively, efficiently and courteously by Megan, was seated at a table and a request for coffee resulted in as good a cappuccino as I have had anywhere. A clear video presentation with narrative clearly identified a need for two new tyres from the mechanic responsible, once again, a clear effective experience. MOT followed the service and completed with a valet of the car and it was time to go. First class. Please thank Megan as your front-of-house ambassador, she represents LSH brilliantly. A short email with my service report swiftly followed just as Megan explained would happen. Process finished to my complete satisfaction. Please thank everyone involved.
