    I arrived at the dealership to find that the disabled spaces were occupied by cars not displaying a blue badge. I then had to park slightly further away which was fine, it was much further than the spaces. I made my way to the entrance and found that the dealership had parked one of their display cars completely blocking the dropped curb! So I had to go a little further to the side, where although the curb wasn’t blocked, there were 3 of their display cars on the pavement which meant I couldn’t get past them as they were close together and next to the building (so couldn’t go around them). Again once I had passed the 3 vehicles there was then a car that had blocked the remainder of the dripped curb which happened to be directly in front of a pillar! So I had to navigate a ramp at an angle between a car and a pillar. I made it to the door and there was a a staff member coming out who kindly opened the door for me, but when telling him about the short trip from my car to said door, he said ‘oh I don’t know’. I then went inside and told reception that I was here, they guided me to the service desk at the end of the building, but I also told them what had happened outside and she replied ‘tell them at the service desk’ so I went down to hand my keys to them so they could start my MOT, I told them about how I got inside the building and although he did offer to move the vehicles, which was pointless as I’d got to where I needed at this point, he again said ‘oh I’m not sure’. I was checked I. And told to wait in the waiting area, I was waiting a few mins and then a man came out and asked for the keys and told me I was quoted £54 for the MOT. I advised him that it’s a motability vehicle to which he had no clue about. I signed the paperwork and proceeded to tell him what had happened whilst I was coming inside. He replied ‘oh I don’t know, I’ve been in a meeting. I don’t know anything.’ This was absolutely ridiculous as by this point I had told 4 different people who had no idea about anything apparently! The rest of the time was fine, I sat down and waited, had a complimentary hot drink and some biscuits. And my car was ready under 2 hours later.
