Everything was prepared ready for my arrival including a courtesy car, which was at my request too allow me to test drive the LBX. I was kept informed during their day of the progress of the service, including a short video, and reassured that all was well and mum car would be ready for collection at 2pm, as agreed. A couple of minor adjustments had been made at my request and the vehicle had been valeted. An excellent experience.
