When we approached Jason Ozanne at Lexus with a tentative enquiry about a new Lexus we met someone who made us feel welcome and completely at ease; he demonstrated all the knowledge to answer our questions and anticipated more than we had asked and that set the foundation for a warm embrace of the Lexus Family.
During the process of acquiring our Lexus, Jason continued to demonstrate the same encouragement and guidance that made the choice of car easy and the paperwork was completed just as smoothly.
We were kept apprised of developments from initial application to the confirmed arrival of our car at RRG Lexus Stockport.
The earliest date for the handover meant that, unfortunately, Jason was unavailable, a real disappointment, but his colleague Gordon Stuttard was a brilliant replacement and the handover was as enjoyable as the rest of the process.
Gordon was incredibly knowledgable about the process and all the practical issues of gaining mastery of the machine. We chuckled in agreement at the end of the process that there was an overload of useful information and both Jason and Gordon have encouraged us to call at any time to brush-up our knowledge and practise under their guidance.
