    Awful, would never use again, if I could give zero rating I would.
    I had car booked in for almost 2 months for an oil change as per car requesting it, despite having a service with yourselves in October. I was told by st.helens & Warrington branches that if car is saying it needs oil, it's because it does & it wasn't just a case of dipping oil & resetting car. On the day of appointment & 1hr prior, I got a call to say there was no courtesy car as booked months beforehand, I was told we could rebook, sit & wait or go in & someone could reset the car as it prob doesn't need oil! They knew the day before that there was no courtesy car & waited till an HR before to tell, knowing I had school runs etc to do, I sat & waited for car in the end as it needed to be done & I wasn't happy driving car with more or less no oil. I got car back & was told they had serviced it & during service they have documented that I need to replace 3/4 tyres as barely road legal & red warning & 1/4 tyres had an amber warning & would need replacing soon!!! Not only to did I not request a service, I doubt very much that a service was done, as I had the car back in an HR & 20 mins, also I had all 4 tyres replaced In February by quick fit, so I knew that was complete bubbles saying I need new tyres, when I left ford I went straight to Kwik fit & showed them the service report, the guy agreed to check all my tyres & was astounded yourselves had said they needed replacing, you can clearly tell by looking at the tyres that they are new, the guy confirmed they were more than double the minimum legal requirement. So I think you mechanic needs a refresher course on tyres & servicing. It was clearly not a computer error or mistake as each of the 4 tyres had different numbers typed in.
