Lack of customer service
No greeting , no eye contact , no acknowledgement , impersonal
Contacted 10minutes before closing to advise it was ready. Then told BUT we close in ten minutes. Impossible to recollect at that time on foot.
Not contacted with progress throughout the day.
Enquired if all work completed and was assured it was. Arranged to collect the following morning when care support workers on shift with daughter (daughters wheekchair van)
Work not finished
Had to wait for a replacement rear wiper blade
Further 5miles on clock
Advisor states shouldn’t have had road test as only in for service. Technician couldn’t remember if it was done or not. Not documented on paperwork .ruby was to check cctv
