- Rating 2.0Mar 13, 2025Having to wait four and half hrs for vehicle to be serviced. Was not informed before hand that it was a wait till mechanic's were available. As far as I was aware it was going to be two hrs like the last time. This I was prepared to wait for. As by the time I got home I would of had to come back. I think it was ridiculous not informing myself that this would be the case or any different this time. But informing me whilst on was on the premises was to late. All available lifts were impossible at given time. And what was the point in giving a time slot of 11am when the car did not actually get started till 2-50pm. Speaking to another person whilst there who was having there own car serviced for the second time also, were given a 2 hr window did not make any sense to me. A forwarding would of been very appreciated
