- Rating 5.0Jul 16, 2024Superb dealership. Gari was SO patient with my admittedly sometimes stupid questions about this my first electric car.
They always remember you, and treat you like family. Dealership has always been clean and well kept, and access is easy as its all on one level with no steps in. Loads of parking on site too. This is my 2nd car from this dealership, and I found the care and ease of booking for any workshop appointments very easy, with the video report you are sent while they're working on the car is a brilliant touch. Apart from workshop, all the sales, reception, etc staff are always pleasant and helpful. Plus they have a nice waiting area with the nicest hot chocolate I've had in a long time.
Gari now has a few years to recover before I'm back for my next model with the obligatory million and one questions, and I will be back.
Just wish there was a way of leaving more stars as they deserve it!
