Steven excels at his job, was patient, so kind with my son, and talked me through everything. He rang me weekly with updates on my order and was nothing but a ray of sunshine. He truly is a credit to Ford. Especially because I’ve heard so many people having bad experiences with their motability at dealers, they clearly haven’t been to Ford Ballymena.
