- Rating 1.0Mar 25, 2025got my car yesterday and Jamie took us out to the car showed me the lights, window wipers and that was all when I asked was it an automatic handbrake he said I don't know then changed his mind and said it's only the automatic cars have the auto handbrake so I was stuck when I was driving as the car I have did put the handbrake on automatically. Your staff should take more time I know it's through mobility but I am still a paying customer.
It wasn't he didn't explain he told me I didn't have an automatic handbrake, auto full beam or auto start stop it really was just start head lights and that's you any questions I did ask he either said I don't know or I don't think so. For future customers you need a better hand over in how some essential things work on the cars. We normally set enough time aside for all vehicle handovers to cover off the main features and controls and allow for any customer questions. It is disappointing to learn that you did not feel you were given enough time or explained the handbrake on the car.
Jamie would be very happy to complete a 2nd handover of the vehicle with yourself to go through the features and controls in more detail and go over how the automatic handbrake works. Jamie will be in contact to see if this would be of interest.
