On the day of the collection I was treated fantastically from a complete run down of the car to coffee and cake on arrival. Then I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers and bandanas for my 2 dogs. The car was filled up with fuel and beautifully presented. I honestly can praise this dealership and its staff highly enough. Amy-Lee was super friendly, bubbly, professional and her communication and customer service was excellent, she kept us informed every step of the way. She answered all the many questions I had, and nothing was ever too much hassle for her. Bavarian MINI is hands down the best dealership I have ever dealt with, Aaron was also really lovely and very welcoming. And to top it all off it's super dog friendly, they treated our Bichon Frise Bobby like royalty and even gave him a little MINI bandanna. We were also gifted gorgeous flowers, travel mugs and bags!

From the moment i walked in to enquire about motability i was welcomed with a smile.
Anna who has dealt with me from the word go was amazing!!
Helping me choose everything in the car, from colour to interior.
Keeping me updated about the car through the weeks.
Anna listened to me about my hewlth issues as i am deaf in 1 ear and due to me having a partial removed brain tumour, everything was in great detail for me to understand.
I cannot recommend mini and also Anna enough, i certainly will be singing the praise of this company.
My father had a motability car with ford twice and never once did we experience anything like this.
Anna deserves a pay rise lol.
She has been in contact with me to see how im getting on and still can't do enough
