    When you leave your car in for service there is a degree of trust, you trust that the work will be carried out and the work you are paying for is been in done . But when you get home and look around the car and the are greasy fingerprints all over the dash and control panel and the next day having to fill the wash bottle because the light had come on you lose confidence in the people doing the job. It’s always nice to have your car cleaned when you have a service but I never expect it but too be covered in greasy fingerprints sorry but this is poor service .

    This Volvo dealership doesn’t have the same feel nor seem to value motability customers as it did in the past. I’ve been dealing with Volvo since 2014 and apart from a couple of minor issues the dealership has been exceptional. However over the past few month’s issues have arisen, namely service intervals and the booking of servicing. Those resolved, vehicle serviced all good. Dealership used to hoover/wash after service seem to have stopped this practice, not the end of life.
    Receptionist extremely polite and efficient as was the parts guy who assisted me with roof bars/box enquiry.

    First impression, the young lady at reception was happy and friendly, indicative of a harmonious work environment. She directed us to the seating area and informed us that Chloe would be with us in a couple of minutes, which she was, showing, all be it through technology, a well managed flow of personnel time,which showed no sign of stress upon the staff. We were kept no longer than could be helped, Chloe took note of a couple of minor problems and reported back upon these when the service was complete, top marks. As to your service department I can only comment that the car was returned to us as if new, both mechanically and clean (inside and out)!
    I feel it not to be out of place here to compliment your staff on another front. We noticed a distinct lack of courtesy from other clients at the showroom towards them, a lack of basic common civility, a smile to take but one example, however, the staff were to a person as friendly and reciprocative to all. While Volvo is a prestigious model it does not follow that those who drive one can claim a secondhand prestige!
    Should Sydney Pentland, if memory serves me correctly, still be managing this showroom, then credit should pass on up the corporate ladder. A good customer experience requires a good working environment and this can only exist and be maintained where there is an open two way line of communication between floor and management.
    My Motability lease ends next March, I hope Volvo shall again be available on the scheme as this is the very best car and service we have enjoyed.
