I had to cancel my test drive a few times due to illness, but Gary was very patient with me
Also, Gary was very understanding that I was apprehensive as I had not driven for 12 years , had not been on a test drive before, and I had not driven an automatic car before !
Gary made me feel at ease, gave me a cup of tea, sorted through the paperwork, discussed the car I was interested in, and he showed me the a car that I was interested in, and checked that I found it OK to get in and out .
Then Gary took me on the test drive. Gary drove first as agreed, and then I was pleased that he took me to a large cemetery, where my focus was on the car rather than traffic on a busy road.
Gary was extremely patient and kind , which really helps someone's confidence.
Back to the showroom to complete the paperwork and it was all a very smooth and efficient process.
