    Zara was amazing from start to finish of our journey getti g our new mobility car..we where very impressed with zara when we walked ino the showroom to pick our next mobility car..she explained everything about the toyota rav ..she made our decision very easy to pick the toyota rav..she kept us updated every step of the way ..including the hold up of our delivery..she was soo kind in explaining everything. When we came to pick our vehicle up she explained all the forms then explained and showed us around the car .     I was assisted by Josh at Charles Hurst Toyota, (Boucher Rd, Belfast) for my Service & MOT Prep yesterday. Having spoken with him previously on the phone, I'd already established he was very polite, knowledgeable and confident in the information he was relaying to me but I was not expecting such a young man on arrival for the service etc (I dont think he'll mind me saying that)! Having booked the car in and assuring me he would keep me updated throughout the day on the status of the work, I left. As promised, Josh rang, informed me of everything they had done thus far and what was left to do. Not long after, he rang again to say the car was ready and asked if I'd like it cleaned, which of course I said yes. When I arrived back at the centre, Josh again updated me and informed me of the procedure for Charles Hurst Toyota to take the car for MOT. Having furnished me with all the necessary information, Josh walked me to my car and I left! I can confidently say with the knowledge, professionalism & caring manner which Josh expressed, he can only go up and advance his career. What a great asset to Charles Hurst Toyota! Thank you Josh for a job well done and I look forward to seeing you soon! Congratulations Charles Hurst Toyota for nurturing such a fantastic young man!

    Excellent customer service as soon as I walked into the shop , different people asking me was I alright & if I wanted any tea or coffee until Debbie the sales assistant came out to see me . When Debbie came she made me feel at ease & explained everything to me , it was a very pleasant experience altogether & hopefully I'll be in in future
