    I have tried 5 times to submit a response problem each time-is this because of the star rating? Not good. Took 10 mins for someone to take my keys for scheduled service (2hours max) | waited in showroom for duration and after 2.5 hours asked for an update lady returned said it was ready! What if i hadn't asked? Car handed over st front door with no receipt and no details of work carried out, l asked lady was everything ok? Response "I presume so nobody said anything to me" My question is this do Toyota treat all customers like this or just the Motability ones? This is my second negative experience with Toyota something that never happened at previous dealership KIA
