No update until I was told it was ready, only to have to return the following day because of missed photo/video of completed work. Not a customer friendly environment. Charles Hurst has really failed in encouraging one to return to the dealership for any reason.

It didn't take long and after going through the car's report, I was led out to my car by a staff member. The car had also been washed for me.
