- Rating 5.0May 22, 2024I dealt with a lady called Celine and I have to say she was informative friendly and very respectful.
Her guidance and advice where invaluable to me and choosing the right car for my needs.
Celine took me for a test drive and explained all the functions of the car to me, she made me feel relaxed so at ease and looked after.
Nothing was to much bother for her, she listened and took on board all my needs, her customer service delivery is second to none I have to say.
When it came to collecting my new car she was super she set my phone up on the car and set all the functions and showed me how to do them, she was very patient and respectful.
Celine took me out for a little drive when I was collecting to make sure I was comfortable with the change from Manuel to automatic. I found this level of care for her customer and customer service delivery exceptional.
A true lady in every respect.
She even said if I need to come back on any aspects or features I was unsure off to come on in and she would go over them again with me.
Celine also phone me yesterday to make sure I was doing ok with the new car which I felt was exceptional customer service.
A totally pleasurable experience from start to finish.
I would throughly recommend this lady and Donnelly and Taggart and Motability to everyone.
