Not the actual plugging in the charger but background on different charge points on different forecourts! It really is very daunting when u pull up at a charger point! Which nozzle? How do I pay? This downloading apps for certain companies, payment cards etc. the only one I have found is BP pulse where u can pay by your card or phone! My dealership DID not even let me know there was a 2nd charge cover! I was trying to attach the pulse charger and did nt know the bottom cover has to come off! I was trying to attach MY charger to the pulse charger! It’s very technical and really needs to ge address on handover of a new vehicle or first purchase of an electric car!!!!
The salesman Shane Devlin is a lovely salesman but I had to go back to Saltmarine to get charged as I couldn’t get sorted on a forecourt and was going to end up on the side of the road with a used battery!!! An induction on the overall technical charging is an absolute must!
