    James welcomed us immediately when we arrived at the pre-arranged time at the showroom. He guided us into a waiting room where he offered us coffee from a machine. He then downloaded an app to our mobile phones. Next he took us to his desk where he helped us log on to the motability app. He then completed paperwork relevant to our hire agreement and gave us printed copies. Next he took us outside to where our vehicle was parked. He then spent 30 to 40 minutes explaining all operations of the vehicle. He then wished us well an good luck with the car and our hire agreement. He then said if we had any questions or issues to get in touch with him. I would be glad to recommend the experience to anyone
