- Rating 5.0Nov 15, 2023I have to absolutely commend the Motability Scheme at Roadside Motors Moneymore. They are a first class service all round.
Beginning from the very day I choose my car, to collecting it knowing I was in safe hands.
When it came around to the time for servicing Mark the service manager ensured that the car was booked in at a date and time which suited me and that his team were on hand to recieve the car the moment I arrived on that day.
What I really liked was they are very customer friendly. They took time to ask if I had any concerns regarding the car or any queries in which they could help. I hadn't.
Mark was able to give me an approximate time that the car would hopefully be ready and said he would ring the minute it was. True to his word he rang to say the service was completed and it was in the time frame he had allowed for it.
He went through the service paperwork with me to show me what had been done and I was more than delighted.
As a motability customer, it is very comforting and reassuring knowing you can rely on that type of back up.
Alot of car companies could take a leaf out of Roadside Motors book in not only customer approach but in making their customers feel as though they really are part of an extended family.
