    Shellbourne motors and motibilty where professional and dealt with the handover professionally, however there was a fault with the computer system and the hand over had to be completed over the phone with motability which made the process longer but I am happy with my car and glad the handover was able to happen despite technical difficulties.

    I was greeted on arrival by Mr Mo Haouala who efficiently went through the paperwork regarding my new car. He then took me out to the car and thoroughly explained the functions there in. This was followed by him supervising me on a test drive just to ensure that I was confident and competent in my driving of it before departure.
    I really can’t recommend Mo Haouala enough. He was courteous, respectful, polite, honest and knowledgeable. These are character traits that I admire and greatly contributed to my 5⭐️ experience!
