    Very poor
    I went to leave my car in for arranged service I had organised a courtesy car I was not told to take any documents with me do when I arrived and asked to produce these dock was unable to do do.
    Then I arrived at drop of point for the second time with documents on hand revived the courtesy car which was adequate but had the least amount of petrol in the car.
    1pm was the arranged time to collect the my car so I returned to the service area and waited for 1 hour to be told there was a problem with the recall and the car would be a lot longer. I was asked to go home and wait for a call.
    At 4pm a guy rang to say the car was ready so we returned only to wait a further 45 mins in waiting area then.
    No consideration was made for a person either mental health problems
    I would not like to revisit this place.

    The staff are helpful and courteous and brought the vehicle to me when ready as I have a knee brace. 5star service.

    The driver was excellent and while the car was being serviced, dropped me off to my workplace and collected me.

    Highly recommend this dealership!
