I was offered an appointment with Ciaran Watterson, who, in a very understanding and professional way, talked me through the motability process, arranged viewing and test drives, after which I decided on the vehicle I wanted. We then discussed any extra's I requested to be included and the order for my new car was placed. Overall my experience at Agnew's has to be rated as 5* and can highly recommend the overall service we gratefully received from Ciaran who was more than helpful.
