The delay came about from waiting for authorisation from Motability for the additional items to be approved, unfortunately this turn around time is out of our control but we continue to aim to turn around what we can as quickly as possible to get you back on the road again.

    Tom was brilliant helping us identify what car met our, specifically our Son's, needs. He guided us through the administration with the utmost professionalism. Even when there was a delay in our car order, Tom did his utmost to secure our car sooner. The car, an Ioniq Hybrid, is amazing. Many thanks Tom. Conor did the paperwork when we arrived. No sooner was I in the dealership I was out getting handed my keys. Thanks Conor for the driving lesson! Fantastic. Got home safe and sound.

    I was looked after so well by Tom from the advice of picking the best car for my needs, through ordering the car then pick up. Tom went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience. He went through every aspect of my new vehicle and make the whole process go so smoothly. I can't recommend this dealership enough and the customer service was the best I have ever encountered. I will never go to a different dealership again. I had a terrible experience before with a previous dealership and was apprehensive of going to another. I had nothing to worry about Tom was incredible and I am so happy with my new car. John Mulholland dealership are brilliant and Tom is a brilliant member of their team. Couldn't be happier with my new Hyundai . One extremely happy customer. Thank you so much.
