- Rating 5.0Jan 27, 2025On the day of the handover, Callum sent over the paperwork via email. This was all very easy to complete on my phone ahead of time. When I got to the dealership I handed over the keys to the hire car and was shown the new car. I had purchased additional accessories for the car and was chuffed that these were all fitted for me. I was so impressed with the car, it exceeds expectations, is so comfortable for my family and is so user friendly. Callum talked me through the controls of the car, showed me the Škoda app and got my phone paired with the car. I was really pleased with how quick and easy the entire process was and Callum was really kind and helpful throughout.

We experienced issues with our previous motibility lease as the car had intermittent faults and required lengthy warranty work at the dealership. I explained our situation to Callum Buchan and advised that we had decided on Škoda and needed a seven seater car for the family. We knew that we would be looking for a Kodiaq and Callum was able to quickly identify possibilities and showed us a car which was at the dealership. The car looked great and had everything we had discussed, conveniently it was available for us to drive away with the following week. Callum was able to answer all of my questions about the car and it was simple to put in the order for the Kodiaq.
