    Honestly the worst customer service experienced during time with motobility
    Car was in from 8.15 am, told needed new tyres all 4, even though the rear driver side tyre was replaced the week before. All 4 had cracks even the new tyre!
    I was told at 11am that the car would not be ready that day and there was no courtesy vehicle available. I was stranded in Aberdeen.
    My daughter had to hire a vehicle to take me home and for my appointments the next day.
    I was told the car would be ready the following day.
    The next day at 2pm I had to phone and ask if the car was ready and then told no it was not going to be.
    Wait, I had to phone no one called me.
    Told she was on the desk herself.
    Eventually the car was ready the third day at 4pm.
    There was no tyres in the whole of Arnold Clark supposedly.
    Just shockingly awful!!!
    Never ever will I place an order with Arnold Clark again for a motability vehicle
