- Rating 5.0Feb 19, 2025From the moment I stepped into the branch I was welcomed and happily directed to Susan, the motability specialist for this branch.
Susan was very knowledgeable about the range of cars available and the differences between them which was very helpful when it came to making the choices I did. She was respectful, kind and patient, giving me ample opportunity to ask questions and explore the cars and features within.
When it came to ordering I knew I was in safe hands. Susan never put any pressure on me during the whole process and explained all options and prices clearly which really helped me choose the car and finish I wanted without feeling intimidated or pressured into a more expensive choice. Some garages I visited were very intimidating which frankly was off putting, thankfully I came across Skoda Ayr and Susan.
Once ordered, I was kept up to date at every stage and my car was available slightly sooner than originally anticipated, which I am delighted about. Upon pick up, Susan spent time going through all the handover information with me, ensuring I understood the documents for insurance etc. Then outside at the car she gave me an in depth tour of the car and it's functions making sure I was set up to drive away confidently and safely.
