    Great service and consideration to people’s needs is excellent. Staff are amicable and very professional. Five stars for them all to sales and mechanics and pick up drivers.

    My husband took the car in at 11-15am and the car was not returned until 5-15. Unfortunately I was working and was unable to pick him up in our car.
    He had to spend the time waiting for it.
    This is my Brothers Motability car Mr.James Gibson fortunately he was not with him or it would have been a problem.If they had said it would take this long he would have made other arrangements for himself to be collected.
    I don't have a problem with the service of the car as it was excellent however maybe a bit more communication would be amnadvantage.
