    I've had a really wonderful experience. It's all been handled extremely well - even the technical issue that wasn't fault of the dealership! - and I've been really well taken care of throughout the process. Chris has been one of best customer service experiences I've had and he is very kind, puts us at ease, and was very friendly and patient with my special needs son. If possible to give him a commendation or recognition of his good work and nice personality and demeanour, please do! I would have felt a lot more nervous about the process of getting a car if we didn't have him as our contact.
