    A very person centred approach. Certainly knows what she is talking about felt extremely confident with her as my motability specialist ( Definitely a specialist at what she does)

    Couldn't fault her in any way shape nor form.

    If I was a manager It would in the best interest of all future motability customer's to have her assigned to aid them. She is knowledgeable concise and clear as she talks you through the intricate processes.

    Any questions or queries, she is keen to answer them with due diligence and all facts are shown to solidify her answers.
