    Car attended to quickly but we were left waiting for over an hour in the hot sun to be returned to the garagevto collect our car. We had to phone twice before this happened. Was very unimpressed with the driver who collected us. He was surly and moaned during our short journey.

    Staff could not do enough to assist me. John in Škoda sales assisted with unloading an loading my wheelchair and Helen in service took care of all my service requirements and booked me in for a large software update for the vehicle in October at a date to suit us both. 1st class service as always

    John Armitage at Park's Skoda has been very helpful. There was some difficulty and confusion with the car that best suited my needs and John patiently helped with communication between Motability and myself, which was very much appreciated by myself as I struggle with aphasia and so don't always communicate what I mean properly. He helped me cancel a smaller car in order to order a more suitable car. Having driven my new car I'm delighted with how well it suits me, I'm grateful to John at Park's Skoda and to Motability for this.
