    Great customer service from Amy Hogan who explained everything we needed to know from looking at different car models, to explaining how motabilty works and answering any questions we had, before ordering our car. Amy wasn't able to complete the motability process due to training, however she helped us at every other stage then for completion we spoke with Owen. Amy went over and above to make the process as smooth as posssible and her communication while waiting on the car to arrive was great. Overall great experience. Amy also showed us around the new car and assisted with setting up the skoda app and pairing it to the car and shared some key safety features like sos button which helped us feel more confident driving away. Thank you Amy and Owen.
