    This was the worst experience ever!! I was told I had a waiting appointment however when I got there I was told I didn’t have one the lady was very rude with me and told me there was no where to wait even with my mobility. I waited 3 hours with no one telling me what was happening. Never ever again will i do this

    They also told me they’d hoover the front of the car and wash it. When I returned neither were done they had just sprayed water all over the car but it wasn’t washed and there was no hoover at all done in the inside
