- Rating 2.0Nov 27, 2025Completely wasted our time for nearly 6 weeks. Cancelling our original pickup date at 5pm the day before, then stalling with excuse after excuse for weeks. They couldn't even keep their excuses straight as it changed every time we spoke to someone different. I firmly believe they never actually had the car in stock and they simply lied to us about it's availability, and stalled for as long as they could, in order to make the sale. Based on this experience I will NEVER use an Arnold Clark, for any reason, for the rest of my life. Also the review will not actually let me rate them 1 star (or lower). Hence this rating.

Amazing friendly but professional customer care and service.
I have social anxiety and struggle leaving my home but the team at Arnold Clark Hyundai in Dundee where very friendly especially Stephen who helped ne ,he had an exceptional high customer care he was very reassuring through out the whole process from start to me driving off in the most amazingly perfect car for myself .
Stephen was so good at providing me all the information I needed and more and guiding me step by step through out the whole process constantly checking I was calm not stressed and fully aware of all the information I needed to know plus more ,such a personal calm and non stressful experience and I could not recommend not only himself but the whole team at Arnold Clark Hyundia Dundee.

I was told I had a waiting appointment however when I got there I was told I didn’t have one the lady was very rude with me and told me there was no where to wait even with my mobility. I waited 3 hours with no one telling me what was happening. Never ever again will i do this
